I have spent over three decades navigating the delightful chaos of life, skating and stumbling through school age to adulthood while recently discovering my belonging to the autistic spectrum amidst a myriad of other health quirks. My path has meandered through the vibrant kitchens of theme parks and restaurants, where I donned the chef’s hat, even once a gi, and the quirky halls of a printing company to try and find my place. My heart beats to the rhythm of Disney magic, thoughtful foods, well-themed attractions, and I can’t resist the allure of a good escape room. 

My family story is a beautiful mosaic, as I hail from a warm Scandinavian and German heritage, born in a northern state but growing up under the Florida sun. Luckily finding and subsequently putting strong effort to maintain and nurture a marriage to my best friend and highschool sweetheart. Which thanks to him came with my in-laws bringing the rich tapestry of Asian American culture, blending Chinese and European roots, enriched by many wonderful years they spent in the Philippines. Together, we’ve created a vibrant, mixed family, blessed with three energetic kids under the age of five,
